This policy explains what Euros Belle collects when you order, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. It applies to this website and to orders placed with us over WhatsApp or by phone.
What we collect
To deliver an order we need your name, mobile number and delivery address. That is the whole list. Because we run cash on delivery only, we never ask for card numbers, bKash PINs or bank details — if anyone claiming to be us asks for those, it is not us.
If you create an account, we also store the email address and password you chose. Passwords are stored encrypted and are not readable by us.
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information automatically — browser type, approximate location and which pages were visited — through cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop will still work, though your cart may not be remembered between visits.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your order by phone and deliver the parcel to the right address.
- To answer questions about an order you placed.
- To keep a record of sales, returns and stock.
Who we share it with
Your name, phone number and address go to the courier company carrying your parcel. They need those details to deliver it. Nobody else receives your information, and we do not sell customer data to anyone.
We will disclose information only where a law or a valid order from a Bangladeshi authority requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and returns — normally a few years. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account.
Your choices
Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account and its details. We may need to keep the basic record of a completed sale for accounting even after an account is deleted.
Marketing messages
We only message you about an order you placed, unless you have asked to hear about restocks and offers. If you ever want those to stop, say so once and they stop.
