Cash on Delivery — the only payment method we run
You never pay in advance at Euros Belle. When the delivery agent hands over your parcel, you hand over the cash. That is it. No bKash advance, no card, no bank transfer.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka — 70৳, delivered in 1–2 working days.
- Outside Dhaka — 130৳, delivered in 2–4 working days by courier.
- Free delivery — orders over 2,000৳ inside Dhaka, over 3,000৳ outside Dhaka.
How an order moves
- You place the order on the site, or message us the product on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger.
- We call the mobile number you gave us to confirm the address and the items.
- The parcel is dispatched. You get the courier tracking number over WhatsApp.
- You check the parcel at your door and pay the agent in cash.
Before you accept the parcel
Please open the outer packaging in front of the delivery agent and check that the seals are intact. If anything is broken or missing, refuse the parcel and message us straight away — we will resend at our own cost.

Do I have to pay before delivery?
No. Cash on delivery is the only payment method we run. You pay the delivery agent in cash when the parcel reaches you — there is no advance payment, no bKash transfer and no card required.
How much is delivery inside and outside Dhaka?
Delivery is 70৳ inside Dhaka and 130৳ outside Dhaka. Orders over 2,000৳ ship free inside Dhaka, and orders over 3,000৳ ship free anywhere in Bangladesh.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka, 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka, 2–4 working days by courier. Remote areas can take one extra day.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes — we deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh by courier.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is imported from Korea and reaches you with its batch code and expiry date intact. If you cannot read the batch code on something we sent, message us and we will replace it.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, wrong or near-expiry items are replaced free of charge — record a short video while opening the parcel and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours.
