What is in it

Arbutin

Arbutin is a naturally occurring compound that releases hydroquinone very slowly in skin, which gives a meaningful part of hydroquinone’s effect on dark marks without the irritation or the rebound risk that comes with using the pure form unsupervised. Rice extract

Fermentation is the interesting part of a rice formula. The process breaks larger molecules into smaller ones and generates amino acids and organic acids that were not there before, which is why fermented rice filtrate behaves differently from plain rice water.
