Retinol is the best-evidenced ingredient in cosmetic skincare for fine lines and texture. Skin converts it in two steps into retinoic acid, which speeds cell turnover and prompts collagen production. Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is the only payment method we offer — there is nothing to pay in advance and no card details to enter anywhere. You pay the delivery agent when the parcel reaches you. Inside Dhaka delivery is ৳70 and takes one to two days; outside Dhaka it is ৳130 and takes three to four.
How fresh is the stock?
We buy in small, frequent batches rather than holding large quantities, so what reaches you is well within date. Batch and expiry markings are printed on the packaging and we do not remove or cover them. If anything you receive is close to expiry, tell us and we will replace it.
Does the Dhaka climate affect it?
Heat and humidity shorten the working life of most cosmetic formulas, and actives like vitamin C and retinoids are the first to suffer.
