Body lotions face a different problem from facial moisturisers: much larger surface area, thicker skin in some places and very thin skin in others, and far less patience from the person applying them. Where it fits in your routine
Body lotion works best on skin that is still slightly damp, within a couple of minutes of a shower, because that is when there is water at the surface for it to seal in. Pay attention to shins, elbows and upper arms, which dry out first. If the lotion contains an active — an acid, a retinoid, a vitamin — treat it like a facial product: introduce it gradually and wear sunscreen on anything the sun reaches.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery is the only payment method we offer — there is nothing to pay in advance and no card details to enter anywhere. You pay the delivery agent when the parcel reaches you. Inside Dhaka delivery is ৳70 and takes one to two days; outside Dhaka it is ৳130 and takes three to four.
Will it suit my skin type?
Most skin types tolerate it, though anyone with reactive or recently over-exfoliated skin should introduce it slowly. If your barrier is currently compromised — stinging, tightness, unusual redness — repair that first with something simple before adding anything active.
Can I order without using the website?
Yes. Some customers prefer to confirm by message first, so every product page carries WhatsApp and Messenger buttons that open a chat with the product and price already filled in. What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Check the parcel before you pay — that is the practical advantage of cash on delivery. If a seal is broken, a bottle has leaked or the item is not what you ordered, refuse the delivery and tell us, and we will replace it or cancel the order. Cosmetics that have been opened and used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How fresh is the stock?
We buy in small, frequent batches rather than holding large quantities, so what reaches you is well within date. Batch and expiry markings are printed on the packaging and we do not remove or cover them. If anything you receive is close to expiry, tell us and we will replace it.
