A mask is a supplement to a routine rather than a step in it. Use one on clean skin after toner, once or twice a week, and follow with moisturiser to hold the benefit in. Leaving a sheet mask on until it dries out is counterproductive — as the sheet dries it draws moisture back out of your skin, so remove it while it is still damp.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Check the parcel before you pay — that is the practical advantage of cash on delivery. If a seal is broken, a bottle has leaked or the item is not what you ordered, refuse the delivery and tell us, and we will replace it or cancel the order. Cosmetics that have been opened and used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How fresh is the stock?
We buy in small, frequent batches rather than holding large quantities, so what reaches you is well within date. Batch and expiry markings are printed on the packaging and we do not remove or cover them. If anything you receive is close to expiry, tell us and we will replace it.
